1. About us

This website is operated by Sebenza Trading Solutions, trading as Sebenza Wellness Foods, a South African business selling herbal tea blends, freshly baked goods and prepared meals. 2. Using this website

You may use this website to browse our products and place orders for lawful purposes only. You may not interfere with the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in a way that harms us or other customers.

3. Products and services

We sell loose-leaf herbal tea blends, scones, muffins, igwinya and prepared daily meals. Product photographs are for illustration; small differences in appearance, size or packaging may occur because items are handmade and freshly prepared.

4. Availability

All products are subject to availability and daily preparation capacity. If an item you ordered cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund that item.

5. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, PayFast. We do not store your card or banking credentials.

6. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order and paying creates an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email with your order number. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) where an item is unavailable or payment could not be verified.

7. Your information

You are responsible for providing an accurate name, email address, mobile number and full address.

8. Transport and collection

You arrange and pay for your preferred transport directly. Collection is available from 09:00 to 16:00. Please see our Transport & Collection Policy for full details.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Because food is prepared to order, cancellation is only possible before preparation begins. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Returns

Returns of perishable food are limited for health and safety reasons. Please see our Returns Policy.

11. Food safety

Our food is prepared fresh and should be refrigerated or consumed promptly, and within any period indicated on packaging. Once food has left our premises, safe storage and handling is the customer's responsibility.

12. Allergies and dietary requirements

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts, so we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of these. You must tell us about any allergy or dietary requirement before placing your order, using the order notes or by contacting us directly. If we cannot safely accommodate a requirement, we will tell you.

Our herbal teas and wellness products are food products. We make no medical claims: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

13. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, product names, logos, photographs and design — belongs to Sebenza Trading Solutions and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

14. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or due to matters outside our control.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
