Transport & Collection Policy

1. Your transport

You choose, arrange and pay for your preferred transport directly. Sebenza does not offer or charge for transport.

2. Order cut-off and preparation

• Healthy Daily Meals are ordered during the daily window of 07:00 – 10:00 (South Africa Time) and are prepared for that day.
• Freshly baked items such as scones and muffins are made after payment and are ready within 12 – 24 hours (24 hours for bulk orders).

3. Address and contact details

Please provide your complete, accurate address (street, suburb, city and postal code) and a working mobile number so your order details are complete and your preferred transport can be arranged.

4. Collection hours

We will have your order ready at the confirmed time. Collection is available from 09:00 to 16:00.

5. Communication

You will receive an order confirmation email after payment, and updates as your order is prepared and dispatched. You can also follow your order using the tracking link in your confirmation email.
