4. Payment information

Card and banking credentials are entered on and processed by our payment provider, PayFast, on their secure systems. Sebenza does not receive or store your card number, PIN, CVV or online banking login details.

5. How we protect your information

Your order information is stored in a secured, access-controlled database. Access is limited to authorised Sebenza staff who need it to fulfil orders, and the website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

6. Sharing your information

We only share personal information where it is necessary to fulfil your order or meet a legal obligation, for example with:

• our payment provider, to process your payment;
• our email service provider, to send order confirmations and updates;
• authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.
